Construction Portfolio

Legado

The construction of LEGADO originally began in 2021, but was suspended by an arsonist caused fire in April 2024. Never stopped by adversity, the Founders’ team went back to work— starting from the ground up and is now slated for first phase occupancy Q3 2026.

Once completed, the project will be anchored on the corner of Main and Florentine by the Mercantile, a 2-story head height retail built with a podium deck to support the 3 floors of apartments and a 6th floor, roof top restaurant.

This “Texas Wrap” building design/construction with a 664 spaces, tilt up construction parking garage includes 329 units of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom, with nine floor plan options, club house, shared work space, resort style pools and cabanas, dog park and interior dog wash facility.

The residential “wings” of this interconnected community will be 5 stories tall, featuring post-tension slab on grade foundation and wood framing, block construction, light weight concrete on every floor, and with finishes of stucco, brick veneers, hardy board lap siding, board and batten lap siding, and Corten steel details.

The entire site will have electronic access control for gates, doors, elevators, and each unit with video intercom system.
